Is Exam Pass a subscription?
No. Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that gives you full access for the period shown (120 days) — enough runway to prepare and write. There's nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Can I switch trades later?
Exam Pass covers one trade, or one 4th Class Power Engineering paper. If you're writing more than one exam, including both 4A and 4B, All-Access covers every trade for $20 more. Already bought Exam Pass and need another trade? Email support@ticketprep.ca and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer refunds?
If TicketPrep isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Details in the refund policy.
What if I don't pass my exam?
Then your access is extended by 120 days at no charge. Email support@ticketprep.ca within 30 days of your result with a copy of the result notice, and we add the time so you can prepare for the rewrite. Details in the pass guarantee.
